I purchased my photo but can’t find it. Where is my download link?

Your download link is sent in a separate email from your purchase confirmation. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder first. Also check any other email addresses you have like an iCloud account. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

How long does it take to receive my photo?

You should receive your download link within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. Also check any other email addresses you have like an iCloud account. If it’s still missing after an hour, reach out to us.

Can I request additional edits to my photo?

Yes! If you’d like custom edits beyond what’s included, please contact us with your request. There will be an additional fee for the professional edit.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital photography, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your file (e.g., download error, incorrect photo), please reach out, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Can I print my photo?

Absolutely! Your photo is delivered in high resolution, suitable for prints. You can also purchase prints directly from our website which will be shipped to your door.

I can't find my photo in your galleries, are you able to help?

If you have looked through the galleries and cannot find yourself then we may have missed you. The nature of roadside photography means sometimes people slip through. We post all the photos we take. We also have no way of looking you up other than scrolling through the galleries.

Do I need an account to log in to your website?

You do not need an account, you can purchase the photos directly on the site without an account. Look for the little green shopping cart for purchase options on each photo. You cannot access your purchased photos via an account.

How do I credit BayMotoPhoto when sharing my image?

We’d love to see your photos in action! When posting on social media, please tag us (@BayMotoPhoto) and use #BayMotoPhoto to be featured.
